Tuning Hatom Protocol Parameters

Hatom Governance can tune specific parameters in the "App". For example, increase/decrease the CollateralFactor, increase the HealthFactor, increase/reduce the LiquidationIncentive, etc. 
All changes are studied intensely by the Hatom team and then shared with our trusted partners responsible for risk assessment and security audits.
Significant changes go through the in-app voting mechanism before getting validated, making the protocol 100 % community-driven.
